Worst experience I have ever had from any takeaway service!!! I ordered vai their website at 17:50, it went on to say the food would be ready for collection in 20 minutes. I drove to the takeaway for 18:00. As I walked in one of the staff asked who&#39;s next, I walked up and said I&#39;m here for collection. They proceeded to ask me my name, which I gave them and they said OK we will get it. I then waited 27 minutes and watched endless people come in, order their food and leave. Another member of staff then asked me if I had ordered! Again I said I&#39;m here for collection. They then asked my name again and said oo yes here it is. The food they picked up, I seen being placed there about 5 minutes after my first interaction with the staff. I confronted them about their ridiculous service and they said sorry. By the time I got home the food was cold the cheese on the pizza had hardened. Yes I could have reheated the food but that&#39;s not the service I paid for. There are much better options in Faversham, I would avoid!
